What you'll do

• Manage a team of 3-10 Accountants to ensure day to day operational team duties are processed in a timely manner
• Supporting the organization with professional accounting as well as other tasks related to the daily finance job, ensuring that service levels meet the requirements
• Set priorities and plan workload to meet deadlines and achieve the objectives of the department
• Mentor and coach team members and support workplace learning
• Provide feedback to employees regularly, including Performance Appraisal Process meeting
