About the role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of Indian cuisine, specifically tandoor dishes. As a Tandoor Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of tandoor dishes, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes by following proper cooking techniques and using fresh ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of food items
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of tandoor ingredients and equipment
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
