About the role

Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. Govern and refine KPI frameworks across enterprise functions—including cycle time, rework, wait time, conformance, and SLA adherence.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of process intelligence pipelines, dashboards, analysis models, and execution applications
• Translate business needs into enterprise‑grade architectures and scalable technical solutions aligned with best practices
• Lead the discovery, analysis, design, and documentation of end-to-end business processes across enterprise functions
• Develop and maintain process models, value streams, and workflow designs using BPMN 2.0 standards to ensure consistency and enterprise-wide process visibility
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process flows and transformation requirements

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• SAP
• Client relationship
