Deloitte’s Human Capital services leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs. Address user inquiries and issues related to module functionality.

What you'll do

Translate business needs into functional requirements
Implement custom rules, validations, and workflows as needed
Develop and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configured modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with requirements
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems
