What you'll do

• Support proposal development, client presentations and business development activities for HR M&A opportunities
• Build effective working relationships with HR, business and deal stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality analyses and client-ready recommendations
• Identify people-related risks, costs, synergies and integration considerations
• Collaborate with PMI, Strategy, Tax and Technology teams in integrated diligence efforts
