About the role

Today’s business challenges present a new wave of HR, talent and organization priorities. Deloitte’s Human Capital services leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs. As a practitioner, within the Workforce Transformation (WT), following activities within the firm need to be performed:

What you'll do

Develop exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, and so on) while working with dedicated teams (either internal or outsourced)
Perform quality review of training deliverables
Work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the content is accurate and fits client requirements
Communicate course design ideas to the stakeholders/client effectively (as required)
