What you'll do

• Functional Design & Configuration
• Gather and document business requirements for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud workstreams
• Lead & Opportunity Management — pipeline tracking, forecast management, activity planning
• Customer Quotation Management — quote creation, pricing, approval workflows
• Omnichannel Customer Engagement — interaction channels, escalation paths
