- Provide strong technical leadership in Mechanical Integrity FE domain (Storage Tanks) for Oil & Gas assets
- Provide technical solution in the area of Tankage Asset Integrity
- Drive and manage Engineers to execute Tanks Integrity workflows with Quality at scale
- Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned
- Support core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competency
