Tax ACR - RTR - Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and accountable RTR Manager to own and drive the delivery of RTR operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong RTR domain expert and have team management skills and leadership behaviour.

What you'll do

• Assume full ownership and accountability for the delivery of RTR services, ensuring excellence in financial reporting and compliance with all regulations
• Lead the RTR team in managing general ledger, month-end close, Reconciliations, journal entry processing
• Maintain a clear understanding of service management reporting metrics and use operational and process insights to drive performance and customer satisfaction
• Leverage cutting-edge RTR tools and technologies such as Blackline, SNOW and RPA to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Act as a people leader, fostering a positive team environment that encourages growth, collaboration and high performance

What you need
