Tax Manager

About the role

This role will support Tax Compliance & Regulatory Management, Litigation working closely with Finance, Legal, and business units

What you'll do

• GST filings and reconciliations: Prepare, review, and file periodic GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR 6, GSTR-9/9C as applicable); perform GST ledger reconciliations
• Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM): Identify RCM exposures, compute liabilities, ensure timely payment and reporting
• Cross‑functional collaboration: Liaise with finance, legal, procurement, and business teams to optimize tax outcomes
• Transfer Pricing/ International Tax : Support in preparation of Transfer pricing related compliances, litigation and advisory
