Tax Manager - Real Estate PortCo or Developers

What you'll do

• Provide detailed second level review and analysis of simple to medium complex tax returns for: Real estate fund
• Detail reviewing and analysis state and local tax returns, composite and withholding filings for client in the real estate industry
• Detail reviewing and analysis of quarterly and annual REIT Testing compliance
• Manage client, internal and statutory deadlines
• Serve as a Career Advisor by providing mentorship or coaching to one or more employees, which will include providing honest and timely performance feedback

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Compliance
• M&A
• B.Com
