Tax Manager

About the role

Manage all direct tax compliances — Advance Tax, TDS, TCS payments and return filings (ITR, Tax Audit, TP Audit, CbCR, Master File, SFT, etc.) Handle STAT vs. GAAP reconciliations, quarterly tax provisions, US GAAP compliance, ARC reconciliations (as required under SOX compliance), and Corporate tax reporting (Tax Questionnaires, Cash Tax Forecasts, RTP Templates)

What you'll do

• Manage all direct tax compliances — Advance Tax, TDS, TCS payments and return filings (ITR, Tax Audit, TP Audit, CbCR, Master File, SFT, etc.)
• Handle STAT vs. GAAP reconciliations, quarterly tax provisions, US GAAP compliance, ARC reconciliations (as required under SOX compliance)
• Ensure zero non-compliance with a “No Surprise” policy
• Manage ongoing litigation at High Court, ITAT, CIT(A), AO, and TPO levels; coordinate with external legal counsels and Big 4 consultants
• Manage Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Internal Audits under Indian local laws as well as under US GAAP laws and SOX requirements
