Tax Research & Regulatory Analysis Specialist

About the role

We are looking for experienced tax professionals with strong U.S. tax research and regulatory interpretation skills to support AI model training and evaluation initiatives. In this role, you will analyze complex tax materials, validate legal reasoning, and help create high-quality datasets that improve AI performance in tax-related scenarios.

What you'll do

• Conduct detailed analysis of U.S. tax regulations, rulings, and statutory guidance
• Interpret and explain provisions within the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations
• Review AI-generated responses for correctness, clarity, and technical completeness
• Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or misinterpretations in tax-related outputs
• Create concise summaries of complex tax topics for analytical and training purposes
