Tax Senior – Global Employer Services Technology Center (GESTC) – ETL engineer

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in the Analytics team, you will combine strong hands-on ETL and data engineering expertise with the ability to lead initiatives and projects with minimal guidance. You will design, develop, and support scalable ETL and data integration solutions using AWS-native technologies; build reliable data pipelines; and transform and curate data for downstream consumption.

What you'll do

• Lead ETL and data engineering initiatives or projects from planning through delivery with minimal guidance, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, dependencies
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable batch and near-real-time data pipelines
• Build and optimize ETL workflows using AWS Glue, Lambda, S3, and Redshift
• Develop data transformation logic using Python, PySpark, and SQL, with a focus on performance, reusability, maintainability, and engineering best practices
• Integrate data from databases, files, REST APIs, and other source systems into curated data layers
