Tax Supervisor

About the role

Discussing tax strategies to reduce taxes and reviewing capitalization, participation and risk. Brings 3 to 5 years or more of complex tax return preparation in a public accounting environment, with real comfort across individual (1040) and business entity (1120S, 1065, 1120) tax returns.

What you'll do

• Delivering tax returns, tax plans, and payroll plans to clients, and signing tax returns on a per-client basis as directed by your Pod leader
• Preparing tax plans and projections on a similar path, starting prep-heavy and evening out to a roughly 50/50 preparation and review split over time
• Resolving federal and state tax notices and other client issues

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Payroll
• Any graduate
