About the role

You will set up the right governance, including Transformation Management Offices (TMO), Enterprise PMOs (EPMO), or PMOs.

What you'll do

• Set up the right governance, including Transformation Management Offices (TMO), Enterprise PMOs (EPMO), or PMOs
• Also provide guidance to team members, deliver high‑quality client service on complex topics, and help spot ways EY can bring more value to clients
• Gain key insights and drive strategic conversations with our clients
• Operating model & governance: Define functional operating models and governance for TMO/PMO/EPMO
• Reporting & KPIs: Build executive-ready reporting and dashboards; set KPIs and control-health metrics

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or BBA or MBA or Chartered Accountant
