TEAL - Demand Planning

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planning to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and business performance tracking. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business demand trends, develop forecasting models, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and organizational capabilities.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical trends, customer inputs, and business requirements
• Perform capacity planning by estimating resource requirements, vendor capabilities, and infrastructure needs to support forecasted demand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Procurement) to align demand plans and business priorities
• Analyze demand fluctuations and identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on Demand vs Capacity/Supply readiness
