About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business by acquiring new customers and developing strategic relationships with existing accounts.

What you'll do

• Business Development & Sales
• Identify, qualify, and acquire new OEM and ODM customers across target industries
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets
• Build a strong pipeline of RFQs, RFPs, and new business opportunities
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure
