The ideal candidate should be a graduate with strong persuasion skills, a passion for collections, and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Ensure the maintenance of a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and improving collection efficiency
• Ensure strict adherence to MOPP norms and internal compliance standards
• Follow all banking processes and procedures as defined by the organization
• Implement and maintain an effective tracking mechanism for delinquent customers to support timely follow-ups and resolution
