About the role

To lead and manage the collections function for Tractor & Farm Equipment finance portfolios within the assigned geography. The role involves driving collection efficiency, minimizing delinquencies, improving portfolio health, managing collection agencies, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.

What you'll do

  • Manage collections and recovery activities for Tractor & Farm Equipment loan portfolios
  • Ensure achievement of collection targets and reduction of delinquency across all assigned buckets
  • Monitor overdue accounts and initiate timely recovery actions
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of field collection executives and agency partners
  • Develop collection strategies to improve portfolio performance and reduce NPA levels
