Team Lead, Account Executive (ROW)

About the role

As we continue to expand our presence across international markets, we are looking for a Team Lead – Account Executive to lead a high-performing sales team and help build the next phase of our international growth. This is a 0–1 role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from the ground up, and is comfortable creating processes and playbooks in a fast-evolving environment.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–4 AE’s and SDR’s to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Own individual and team pipeline, revenue performance, and forecasting, while staying hands-on with key opportunities and strategic deals
• Support the team in managing inbound and outbound sales processes from lead to close across international markets
• Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on priorities and improve the customer experience
• Develop a strong understanding of our evolving products, customers, and competitive landscape across international markets
