What you'll do

• Lead and develop the team: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 8 Inside Sales Account Executives selling into the US market
• Drive sales performance: Own team quota attainment, revenue performance, and forecast accuracy. Identify performance gaps early and work with AEs to improve outcomes
• Support live opportunities: Work alongside AEs on strategic and complex deals, helping them navigate customer conversations and move opportunities forward
• Drive sales enablement: Lead onboarding for new AEs, identify skill gaps, and ensure consistent adoption of sales processes, playbooks, and best practices
• Establish team rhythms: Run weekly pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, team syncs, and performance check-ins to maintain visibility and accountability
