Team Lead, Accounts Payable

About the role

As part of our continued growth, Targray is seeking a Team Lead, Accounts Payable to join our Finance team at our India office in Gurugram, Haryana. As a Team Lead, Accounts Payable, you will manage a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient accounts payable operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor payments, and daily AP operations
• Oversee end-to-end AP activities, including PO and Non-PO invoices, vendor prepayments, credit/debit notes, employee expenses, and payment settlements
• Ensure accurate invoice validation, including supplier details, PO references, tax information, GL accounts, and financial dimensions
• Perform and review monthly AP Subledger vs. General Ledger reconciliations , investigate differences, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items
• Review vendor reconciliations, AP aging, Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) reports, vendor advances, and outstanding liabilities
