Team Lead Administrative - Mumbai - India

About the role

The Administrative Team Lead is responsible for all operational functions of the office, including the coordination and management of all administrative staff and functions, and usually maintenance of the facilities/environment. This position will partner closely with HR, IT, and India/US leadership to enable smooth office functioning.

What you'll do

• Responsible for all operational functions of the office, including the coordination and management of all administrative staff and functions
• Support the office managing partner with office related functions and administrative tasks including scheduling and maintaining calendars, expense reports
• Work closely with administrative assistants supporting partners and staff, fostering individual and team growth
• Coordinate and oversees administrative processes within the office – looking for efficiencies and best practices
• Act as the primary point of contact for building management and facility related issues
