About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Field Partner Team department as a Team Lead in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of professionals.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of Field Partners in Ahmedabad to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders

What you need

• 3–4 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
