Team Lead - ASO

About the role

We are looking for an ASO Team Lead who can own and drive our app’s growth across Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a creative edge, who can lead a team to maximize organic installs, visibility, and conversion rates.

What you'll do

• Build and lead the ASO strategy across multiple apps and regions
• Mentor and manage a small ASO team, ensuring productivity and continuous skill development
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to align ASO efforts with business goals
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to maximize visibility and conversion
• Optimize app titles, descriptions, metadata, and creative assets (icons, screenshots, videos)

What you need
