About the role

We're seeking Team Lead for our Delivery Stations. In this role you will be responsible to expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel, people and performance management and driving the operational plan. Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Transportations operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement

What you'll do

• Be responsible to expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel, people and performance management and driving the operational plan
• Design, develop, pilot & rollout enterprise wide programs around performance improvement, cycle time improvement for returns, delivery experience, financial auditing
