Team Lead – Canadian Payroll & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – US/Canadian Payroll & Accounting to manage a team of 6 Payroll Accountants and oversee payroll operations for US or Canadian clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in US or Canadian Payroll along with proven experience in team leadership and people management .

What you'll do

• Manage and lead a team of 6 Payroll Accountants
• Oversee end-to-end US or Canadian payroll processing
• Review payroll processing, reports, reconciliations and ensure accuracy and timely completion
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and statutory requirements
• Monitor team performance, allocate workloads and ensure timely deliverables
