About the role

Team Lead - Chemical and Pulp & Paper Engineering As Team Lead for Chemical and Pulp & Paper Engineering, you will provide dedicated leadership for a growing team of approximately 10-12 engineers. You will be accountable for project execution, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and team development while supporting safe, high-quality, and predictable engineering delivery for customers in the Chemical and Pulp & Paper industries.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 10-12 engineers, including work allocation, coaching, capability development, performance support, and succession planning
• Own engineering project execution across the Chemical and Pulp & Paper portfolio, ensuring delivery commitments, technical quality, schedule, cost, safety
• Plan and balance engineering resources across projects, proposals, site activities, and priority changes, proactively addressing capacity, competency, and delivery risks
• Engage with business leaders, project teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify expectations, align priorities, resolve escalations
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and delivering industrial automation or control-system projects, with accountability for execution, resource planning
