What you'll do

• Lead and coach a team of Project Managers delivering Life Sciences and Pharma studies with speed and quality, meeting client expectations on every project
• Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for Life Sciences clients, translating study requirements into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes
• As leader of your team, you’ll spearhead workforce efficiency initiatives driving speed, quality, and innovation
• Drive predictable execution across concurrent Life Sciences studies by prioritizing effectively and managing dependencies in a high-volume environment
• Improve delivery visibility using project management and CRM tools to track progress, risk, and outcomes, and flag patterns back to the VP, Client Services
