We're looking for someone who has: Experience handling invoices and invoice-related queries. Experience preparing or checking export documentation. Confidence maintaining accurate dispute records. What you'll do

• Manage invoice disputes from receipt through closure
• Review invoices and related documents to identify dispute details
• Track each dispute and keep records accurate and up to date
• Prepare and check export documentation for dispute cases
• Follow up on open cases to help bring them to closure
