About the role

Lead and coordinate the onboarding operations team to ensure effective execution, accurate distributor data validation, timely issue resolution and escalation, and consistent support across global distributor onboarding activities.

  • Validation and tracking of distributor data
  • End-to-end visibility of onboarding progress
  • Proactive identification and mitigation of onboarding risks
