About the role

Reporting to the Director, Product – OpenData, India, the Team LeadOperations – OpenData India will manage and support the Data Stewardship team responsible for maintaining the quality of the India OpenData offering within the APAC region.

What you'll do

  • Recruit, train, coach, and retain Data Stewards
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Assign work and managing resources to meet project deadlines
  • Create and improve processes to ensure high-quality data
  • Audit the quality of work completed by Data Stewards
