Team Lead – P2P Quality Location: Pune Experience: 7–10 Yrs Band: BPO 4/5 Job Code: 437078 Role & Responsibilities Strong understanding of the end-to-end cycle of Accounts Payables (Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master and T&E). Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations. Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations
• Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements
• Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure daily audits are performed and reported to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare RCAs and 5 Whys for errors with strong preventive actions
