Team Lead– Payment Operations (Money Movement)

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead – Payment Operations with hands-on experience in cross-border payment operations to manage end-to-end payment processing, reconciliations, settlements, refunds, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should be analytical, process-driven, and passionate about improving operational efficiency through automation and AI.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end cross-border payment operations, including collections, payouts, settlements, reconciliations, refunds, and exception handling
• Ensure timely execution of transactions while maintaining high operational accuracy
• Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational excellence
• Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational controls
• Investigate payment issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and manage operational escalations
