Team Lead - PTP

About the role

The purpose of this position is to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data, to lead and enhance the quality of the Purchase to Pay (PTP) processes conducted at the SSC Chennai, and to coordinate and ensure the continuity of exceptional service delivery for all stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a comprehensive range of PTP accounting activities in daily operations, like from Invoice receipt to payment preparation
• Ensure the high-quality and timely delivery of data for the monthly, quarterly
• Analysis and follow-up on the closure of any open items and maintenance of the period end and year-end closing schedules for the entities/countries in scope
• Work in collaboration with functional teams to ensure all controls (ICS/CRISP) are performed, assessed, closed, and remediated in timely manner
• Identify and implement any process improvement including effectiveness of existing policies and propose enhancements when necessary
