Team Lead - R&D

ETAP empowers customers to make informed decisions throughout the life cycle of their projects with innovative software solutions for electrical systems. By applying ETAP solutions, customers experience continuous intelligence during design and engineering and into operations and maintenance using a unified electrical digital twin platform.

What you'll do

• Work closely with global R&D, Product Management, QA/Testing, and Project Engineering teams to develop innovative solutions, improve product quality
• Lead and coordinate R&D and product development activities, providing technical guidance, reviewing solutions, mentoring developers, and resolving technical challenges
• Coordinate verification and validation (V&V), functional, integration, and regression testing, ensuring defects and Incident Reports (IRs) are investigated, tracked
• Manage development tasks, testing activities, defects, and priorities in Jira, monitor progress against timelines, and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Evaluate new technologies, communication protocols, and market requirements; develop proofs of concept (PoCs) and contribute to product performance, reliability
