Team Lead - Shareholder Disclosures

About the role

The Shareholder Disclosures Team deliver managed Shareholder Disclosures solutions and services to a range of leading international financial services clients. You will manage this team of staff and have responsibility for all aspects of delivery. The Shareholder Disclosures Lead is responsible for the successful delivery, evolution, and commercial performance of the Shareholder Disclosures capability.

What you'll do

• Manage and control the work of the Shareholder Disclosures team
• Have oversight over internal procedures to ensure that all processes are operating correctly, results are accurate and supported by strong data quality

• Utilising subject matter expertise, provide appropriate support to your team with client queries and issues that arise
