Team Leader - Asset Digital Journeys

About the role

The Team Leader – Asset Digital Journeys plays a critical role in driving digital transformation across loan servicing operations within the Retail Asset Operations function. This techno-functional role bridges business needs with technology solutions, enabling front-end teams such as Business, Collections, and Customer Service to manage loan journeys, EMI collections, and service requests efficiently through digital platforms.

What you'll do

• Lead sprint planning, project scoping, requirement definition, testing, implementation, and post-delivery monitoring to assess effectiveness
• Design and build digital workflows and systems that connect front-end and back-end operations for seamless execution
• Collaborate with business partners, OEMs (solution providers), and technology stakeholders to conceptualize and present solutions to senior management
• Drive project deliverables through the full project lifecycle including requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and final delivery
• Apply strong technical skills to integrate digital systems across multiple applications
