About the role

The Team Leader will play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team of CREs, who are responsible for customer interactions and collections. This role involves strategic planning, team motivation, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Team Leader will report to the Department Head and work closely with other departments to align collection efforts with company goals.

What you'll do

• Responsible for customer interactions and collections
• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Relationship Executives, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and timely customer service and collection processes
• Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Implement and monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving team performance
