What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives, ensuring efficient and effective support delivery
• Handle complex customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed, ensuring timely resolution
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure consistent and high-quality support
• Collaborate with other departments to align support strategies with overall business objectives
• Manage and resolve customer disputes and fraud cases, ensuring fair and timely outcomes

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• Problem solving
• Any graduate
