About the role

As the Team Leader, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our Collections team. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and motivate a group of collection CREs, ensuring they meet their targets and maintain high performance standards. You will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the team, providing training, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
