About the role

The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability. We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader to manage a Blended Operations team supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and certification-related query handling.

What you'll do

Operations & Floor Management
Oversee daily operations of the assigned Blended Process team to ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency
Monitor queue performance, productivity metrics, quality scores, and service levels
Handle process escalations and ensure timely resolution
Ensure compliance with all process and business requirements
