Team Leader - Finance (OTC)

What you'll do

• Directly oversee team performance, ensuring achievement of productivity targets in terms of calls made and accounts worked
• Regularly conduct account and portfolio reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive targeted projects to enhance collection strategies
• Manage escalations related to non-paying customers, ensuring timely action by team members according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Take personal responsibility for supervisor-level escalations, ensuring effective resolution in line with company policies
