Team Leader-Finance-PTP

About the role

The Team Leader for P2P within Finance Service line is responsible for leading and improving P2P processes, ensuring seamless transitions, and fostering stakeholder engagement. This role demands strong knowledge of Freight business and also Finance processes, particularly Procure to Pay along with analytical and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities for assigned countries, adhering to the Factory Model, while accommodating various time zones
• Coordinate PTP operations with Managers and CFOs, preparing essential reports like Month-End Close and AP Ageing Analytics within specified timelines
• Utilize key systems such as Oracle, Basware, CLI, EVO, JBA main frame and Discover for daily operations and end-user activities
• Handle vendor and Business Partner queries, ensuring high-quality customer service and timely resolution of issues
• Conduct regular quality checks to minimize errors and maintain high standards in PTP processes
