Team Leader, Fund Accounting

About the role

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the delivery of fund administration and financial reporting services for private equity and other private market clients. The role provides leadership across fund accounting, NAV production, investor reporting, and operational activities, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of client deliverables.

What you'll do

• Lead investor servicing activities and client relationship management, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, scalability, and operational effectiveness
• Drive operational excellence by overseeing the timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of fund accounting, financial reporting, and client service activities
• Oversee risk and control activities, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and governance requirements
• Ensure high-quality client service delivery by managing priorities, monitoring deliverables, and addressing client requirements effectively
