Team Leader – PMC

About the role

The role acts as the Owner’s Representative at site, responsible for day-to-day coordination, supervision, and control of EPC contractors, ensuring that project execution aligns with approved designs, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project schedules. The Team Leader will lead and coordinate Electrical, Civil & Structural, I&C, QA/QC, and HSE site teams, ensuring seamless execution, interface management, and timely commissioning.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day site activities for substations, transmission lines, and associated infrastructure
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
• Coordinate closely with EPC contractors to achieve planned milestones and targets
• Maintain site-level look-ahead plans (weekly/monthly) and monitor progress
• Direct and coordinate site teams comprising: Electrical Engineers (Substation, Transmission, Protection)
