A Recruitment Team Leader is responsible for managing the recruitment process and leading a team of recruiters. This role involves setting recruitment goals, developing strategies, and ensuring that the team effectively meets hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure your team's success.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of IT or Non-IT recruiters
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements
• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment methods
