Team Leader - Sales - Onsite

About the role

This role requires a strong sales leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving revenue from qualified leads, and implementing scalable sales processes.

What you'll do

• Lead, manage, and scale the inside/tele sales team to drive consistent revenue growth
• Own end-to-end sales performance from qualified inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels
• Develop and execute a structured inside sales strategy focused on lead conversion, upselling, and customer retention
• Define, track, and achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Design and implement scalable sales processes, scripts, and SOPs supported by CRM and auto-dialing systems
