About the role

This role exists to ensure the accurate, timely and controlled execution of cash management activities across payment processing, clearing, client instructions, account maintenance and static data services. The role is responsible for delivering reliable operational outcomes that support client transactions, safeguard financial assets and maintain the integrity of the Bank's cash management services.

What you'll do

• Service Delivery & Transaction Processing
• Execute payment, clearing and cash management activities accurately and within agreed turnaround times to support uninterrupted client servicing
• Validate customer instructions, transaction data and processing requirements to ensure operational accuracy and minimise processing risk
• Resolve operational exceptions and processing breaks through timely investigation, escalation and corrective action
• Cash Management Operations & Data Integrity
